If you are charged with DUI or similar offense, contact an experienced DUI law attorney immediately. An attorney can review your case for its best possible defense. Did the police have probable cause to stop you? Can the police prove you were driving the car? Was your driving actually impaired? Can you fight the Secretary of State’s automatic suspension of your driver’s license? An attorney can determine a course of action based on the answers to these questions.
